Mental Health: The role of nutritional and lifestyle medicine in the prevention and complementary management of common mental health disorders

In this webinar, Dr. Meschino cites the research studies showing the importance of key nutrients and lifestyle behaviors in the prevention and complementary management of depression (including post-partum depression and bi-polar disorder), anxiety, and PTSD. He explains the mechanisms through which these strategies have been shown to effective as preventive and adjunctive treatment measures.
