Our Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY
We stand behind all our products with our unconditional 30-day guarantee*. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with one of our products, follow the procedure below and we will issue you your choice of a full refund or an exchange of product.
- Within 30 days of purchase, call our office at 613-727-8372 to obtain a shipping label.
- Return the unused portion of the product with the shipping label.
- Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will process a refund or exchange.
You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Due to the fact that we offer low shipping rates on all items, we require you to mail your returned item to:

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Please make sure to include this!
Restocking Fee:
All items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee; this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges:
You may exchange your item for a different product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
