A low carb 7-days healthy meal plan that is rich in proteins and vegetables.

  • Includes per day: breakfast, lunch, dinner, 1 side dish, 1 snack and a protein smoothie.
  • Each person requires a different amount of calories per day. The calories of this plan can be increased depending on your nutrition and health goals and requirements. We suggest that you seek the advice of our nutritionist on what’s best for you.
  • Calories: 1200 kcal per day Macros: 120g proteins | 90g carbohydrates | 40g fats

How it works:

Once booked, you will get a confirmation email with the following information:

  1. Your starting date: By default, it is set in 2 business days from your booking (a Monday, a Wednesday, or a Friday if you opt for delivery option). You can contact us to change it.
  2. Your meal plan menu: You can contact us if you would like to modify any meal listed in your menu.
  3. You have 3 fulfillment options. You must pick one of them:
    • Delivery of every 2 days together: Deliveries take place on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays. Your first delivery day will be your starting day.
    • Pick-up: every 2 days together: this can happen on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday only. Your first pick-up day will be your starting day set above.
    • Pick-up: every day by itself. Your first pick up day will be your starting day set above.

Store your meals in the refrigerator (temperature 0-5 degrees Celsius). Heat the appropriate ones right before serving.

All of our meals can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days from production day marked on each box.
