A wholesome, nutritious meal plan for people who want to eat healthy, maintain their weight, and/ or lose weight.

  • Includes per day: breakfast, lunch with side, dinner, 2 snacks and a smoothie.
  • Each person requires a different amount of calories per day. The calories of this plan can be increased depending on your nutrition and health goals and requirements. We suggest that you seek the advice of our nutritionist on what’s best for you.
  • Calories: 1200 kcal per day Macros: 75g proteins | 135g carbohydrates | 40g fats

Health and Nutrition Highlights:

  • Its calories are distributed in a balanced healthy proportion over fats, proteins and carbohydrates allowing it to help you maintain your current healthy weight or lose some of it.
  • Healthy fats: All meals are cooked using olive oil, and all desserts are made using vegetable oil, coconut oil or nut butters as a source of fat. They are important to obtain hormonal balance, soft skin, and to make you feel full for a longer time
  • Lean Proteins: Coming from skinless chicken breasts, fish and seafood, and put into delicious recipes from around the world. These are almost free of saturated fats. We use primarily salmon as fish, which is a great source of omega 3 fatty acids.
  • Complex Carbohydrates: We use only brown rice, beans and legumes, in addition to wholegrain and rye breads. Even our tortilla wraps are made from whole wheat! All that to make sure you get your daily fiber requirement, which helps relieve constipation, level up your blood sugar and increase your satiety.
  • We use fresh fruits in our smoothies and whole fruits as snacks, which contribute to your soluble fiber intake. Soluble fiber is essential for decreasing blood cholesterol.

How it works:

Once booked, you will get a confirmation email with the following information:

  1. Your starting date: By default, it is set in 2 business days from your booking (a Monday, a Wednesday, or a Friday if you opt for delivery option). You can contact us to change it.
  2. Your meal plan menu: You can contact us if you would like to modify any meal listed in your menu.
  3. You have 3 fulfillment options. You must pick one of them:
    • Delivery of every 2 days together: Deliveries take place on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays. Your first delivery day will be your starting day.
    • Pick-up: every 2 days together: this can happen on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday only. Your first pick-up day will be your starting day set above.
    • Pick-up: every day by itself. Your first pick up day will be your starting day set above.

Store Your Meals In The Refrigerator (Temperature 0-5 Degrees Celsius). Heat The Appropriate Ones Right Before Serving.

All Of Our Meals Can Be Stored In The Refrigerator For Up To 3 Days From Production Day Marked On Each Box.
